Processing which makes a difference
Lemvigh-Müller currently has a significant capacity and widespread competences in processing of steel at its disposal – and many of our customers in the construction and industry sector have been able to see a clear advantage in having Lemvigh-Müller process the steel elements in order to save space, avoid waste of materials and unnecessary handling and to reduce capacity and storage costs.

Standard deliveries of formed steel, beams, pipes, profiles etc. will often have to be shortened, bevel cut or processed in other ways before being included in a production process. This task is performed by our cutting centre in Randers from where it is also possible to arrange successive delivery of piece products stored at Lemvigh-Müller.

When it comes to laser cutting Lemvigh-Müller is a strong partner which every day converts ideas and wishes into reality for the furniture and design industry as well as the machine and metal industry. A high degree of precision also characterises our coil centre in Brøndby where format cutting is performed down to a width of 10 mm and cleaving down to as little as 1 mm.

All production and processing at Lemvigh-Müller are of course performed in accordance with our ISO certification and can be delivered with detailed documentation.

Denmark’s strongest reinforcement partner
The company has a large staff of employees who work exclusively with reinforcing steel. This makes us one of the leading experts in an area where requirements of quality and certification are high. The stocked product range consists of bars, coils and mesh – 180 items that can be delivered within 24 hrs. We also have at our disposal, through the group’s subsidiary company Ferronet, a number of special competences in the areas of special mesh, p-thread and welded constructions and this makes us a strong partner for the Danish element and contracting industry.

We are the only company in Denmark which supplies non-welded coil mesh where the reinforcing bars are spun together. The coil meshes are tailored to the individual task in Lemvigh-Müller’s fully automatic system which can manufacture a mesh of 18 x 12 metres in 15 minutes. The combination of production speed and our logistics concept makes it possible to arrange just-in-time deliveries to construction sites where the meshes arrive at a pre-arranged time.
