Deadlines for complaints

In the event of a faulty or missing delivery, a complaint must be made immediately so that we can find a mutually satisfactory solution as quickly as possible

Claims must be made as follows:
  • Visible damage and missing parcels - same day at 3 pm
  • Other defects - 2 days from delivery
  • Concealed damage - 7 days from delivery

Damaged goods and shipment packaging should be left at the delivery address until the case is resolved with the carrier.
