Lemvigh-Müller's sales organisation is divided into units that are targeted at our most important customer segments. The units consist of generalists as well as specialists and provide technical and commercial support to our customers – both in connection with ongoing trading and in connection with major tasks and projects.
More than half of all orders are handled via our e-business platform that consists of a web portal, a mobile solution and an integrated solution (EDI/Bizztalk). The platform is used by thousands of customers each month to search for and order products electronically.
In addition, we have 23 shops across the country.
Lemvigh-Müller's communications and marketing strategy is characterised by a clear line and a commercial basis. Many activities are performed in cooperation with our suppliers that we – by agreement – offer an efficient marketing platform that will create visibility and impact on the market.
In addition, we offer opportunities for collaborating on various other campaigns, electronic marketing, exhibitions and customer events in our nationwide network of shops as well as product advertising and visual profiling on our website.
