This sturdy CO2 sensor is part of a system which is specially developed for use in refrigerator and freezer plants. The system consists of the CO2 sensor high range (item no. 49125), the CO2 Control Box E-Cab-980 (item no. 49122) and of required, an alarm box (item no. 49128 (230V), 49129 (24V) and 49127 (12V)).
The CO2 Sensor is supplied in a strong aluminum cabinet and equipped with a heating element ensuring reliable operation down to -25°C. It is typically mounted at floor level where the CO2 concentrations are highest.
CO2 Sensor High Range uses the widely used ABC algorithm, which ensures long life without calibration. Only the room cannot be used constantly, but must regularly get sufficient airflow to lower the CO2 to fresh air level.
