Crowcon Gasman NH3 (Ammonia). Crowcon Gasman® is a handy single-phase detector that is used for personal protection, where this can be done by detecting only one single gas type. This could, for example, be in connection with work in, rooms where gas are stored / distributed and where there is a risk of either explosion, poisoning or oxygen displacement. When ordering Crowcon Gasman, you can choose 1 out of 20 different measuring cells depending on the gas you want to protect against. With the measurement cell for the detection of flammable gases (hydrocarbons) several different combustible gases can be detected. The size makes it easy to hang in a belt or the edge of a pocket. The detector is operated via one button. The current gas concentration is shown in the display, and with the function key you can choose to view peek values, events, calibration alerts, and cell and battery status. Crowcon Gasman® has the option to insert two alarm limits. When detecting toxic gases, a time-weighted alarm limit (TWA) is also included. Alarm gives both an acoustic, visual and a vibration signal. The datalogger has a capacity of 900 hours m. 1 minute interval and more than 4800 event logs as well as real-time clock. For Crowcon Gasman®, there are optional equipment for managing the detector, including transferring collected data to PC, resetting the detector or configuring, such as changing alarm limits. Crowcon Gasman® NH3, ready for use, incl. battery and manual, and is approved according to ATEX II 1G Ex ia IIC T4 (-20 °C ≤Ta≤ 65 °C.)
