IDEAL SureTrace is a new cable loicator, locating fuses and hidden installation (also in the ground). The kit contains a transmitter, which can be used on installations with or without voltage (0-600V), and a receiver with adjustable sensitivity.
If you connect a cable with voltage, is it possible to locate/identify the cable through the power supply, also in the ground. The transmitter will indicate if it is locating on a installation with or without voltage.
The receiver has a bright display, where you are able to see, how powerfull a signal it receives, showing it as a bargraph, digital display, and a sound signal. It is possible to choose between three different levels of sensitvity. This ensures an accurate trace, and by that you are able to locate ie. fuses in boards.
With this kit you are able to locate cables in walls, ceilings and under ground, locate fuses, identify a certain cable among others, and in some cases locate the cable under ground. (This is not a particalar locating kit for locating under ground).
As an extra feature we can deliver an optional battery pack, which supply a extra powerfull signal, when you have to locate on installations without voltage. As an option you can also have a signal clamp, which transfer the signal without any electrical contact.
IDEAL SureTrace comply with IEC 61010-1 CAT III 600V and is delivered in a hard case incl. test leads, crocodile clips and manual.
