Polykat® glass fibre rods are the basic elements of all Katimex cable pulling systems. The combination ofextreme bending strength and high thrust stability provides the rod with the characteristics of a flexible rod. As a result, extremely small bending radii are possible and narrow pipe bends can be passed through easily. The smooth plastic coating has excellent sliding characteristics and reduces the friction coefficient to a minimum. It is characterised by high wear resistance. The high elasticity of Polykat® glass fibre rods permits the construction of unrivalled small, compact and handy devices.
