Short design, length only 500 mm. Low weigth, high leverage. For cutting copper and aluminium single conductors as well as multiple stranded cables.
Not suitable for steel wire and wire ropes. Precision ground, hardened blades. Clean and smooth cut without crushing and deformation.
Low handforce required due to favourable lever ratio and special blade geometry. Guard prevents operators' fingers being pinched.
Adjustable bolted joint. Cutter head: vanadium electric steel, forged, oil-hardened. Handles: aluminium tube, high-strength.
