SignalTEK NT is a new development of the well known SignalTEK II from Ideal Industries. SignalTEK NT is testing the speed on the active network complied to IEEE 802.3ab for both copper- and fiber installations.
SignalTEK NT has funktions, which is helpfull for all kind of technicians. SignalTEK NT helps with fast test of the speed on the network.
SignalTEK NT has following features:
• Intuitive control through a bright backlighted color screen.
• Makes active network test on both copper and fiber.
• Identifies Wiremap failurs fast and safe, splitt pairs and distance to failure.
• Is able to identify Ethernet and PoE & PoE+problems by verifying Ethernet connection at 10/100/1000 Mb/s
• Simple network load test through Hubs and Switches.
• Supports IPv4 and IPv6 internet adresses, Trace Route, Hop and Ping test.
• Optical power indication (with suitable SFP modules).
• Is able to store test results in pdf or csv format up to 5.000 tests. The resultats can be printed through USB key or through Wi-Fi.
• ”Autotest” button, then you test all funktions at once.
Using the free App "IDEAL AnyWARE" (is delivered together with the instrument) is it possible to send test reports to your mobile device.
SignalTEK NT is delivered incl. 1 x Display unit, 1 x Remote unit, 2 x NiMH batteries (rechargeable), 2 x power supplys, 2 x Patch cables 30cm Cat. 5e STP, 1 x USB Wi-FI adapter, manual on CD, 1 x quick guide and 1 x pouch.
Fibermodules has to be ordered separately.
