Service charges

When delivering your goods, we add on different service charges, covering shipping and various environmental costs. However, you do not need to pay these service charges if you, for instance, collect your goods yourself or if you combine your purchases. See an overview of our rates and service options below.

Environment
An delivery fee of DKK 81 per delivery address per day will be added to your orders, covering energy taxes and waste disposal, among other things. Though, if you have placed several orders to be sent to the same address on the same day, you will only pay the energy charge on the first order.

However, you do not need to pay the energy charge on technical articles, if you place a ‘pick up order’ and collect your order yourself in one of our stores.
Shipping: technical supplies

An delivery fee of DKK 99 per delivery address per day will be added when shipping technical supplies. Though, if you have placed several orders to be sent to the same address on the same day, you will only have to pay the delivery charge on the first order.

However, you do not need to pay the energy charge if you place a ‘pick up order’ and collect your order yourself in one of our stores.
Shipping: Steel, stainless steel and metals

If you place an order weighing more than 500 kg or with a total value of more than DKK 4,000 (both steel and technical supplies), the delivery of steel is free of charge.

Otherwise, a steel delivery charge of DKK 695 per delivery address will be applied.

However, you do not have to pay the steel delivery charge if you combine your purchases, placing a big, collective order for fewer delivery days.
Special order items
We do not add any additional charges for special order items. However, if the supplier charges shipping or other costs in connection to the delivery of special order items, the costs will be passed on.
Certificates

Certificates cost DKK 75 apiece and will be sent via email.

Other services
Other services in connection to e.g. packaging, cutting of steel, cutting of cables, wasted journeys etc. will be charged separately.
We adjust the service charge rates according to market development and we reserve the right to change the above without notice.
