HYSPIN AWH-M is a series of mineral oil-based hydraulic oils with high
viscosity index and additives that counteract wear, corrosion and oxidation.
HYSPIN AWH-M replaces the previous HYSPIN AWH.
HYSPIN AWH-M is used as hydraulic oil for a wide range of hydraulic equipment,
including outdoor equipment where DIN 51524-HVLP is prescribed.
HYSPIN AWH-M is also used as a gear oil according to the machine manufacturer's instructions
recommendations.
The HYSPIN AWH-M hydraulic oils have a high viscosity index. They are therefore suitable for
applications where the oil is exposed to large temperature fluctuations, either as a result of
operational variations or due to weather conditions.
The HYSPIN AWH-M hydraulic oils are stable against shear, i.e. that the additives,
which gives the high viscosity index, does not wear significantly during use. Thus
ensure that the viscosity of the oil at the operating temperature is uniform throughout the change interval.
The HYSPIN AWH-M hydraulic oils contain a highly effective zinc-containing anti-wear
additive (see under "Physical data" for results from 4-ball, Vickers vane pump and
FZG gear test).
The HYSPIN AWH-M hydraulic oils separate water very efficiently, cf. the demanding one
ASTM D1401 test (see under "Physical Data"). This limits the negative
effect of water pollution in the hydraulic system.
The HYSPIN AWH-M hydraulic oils meet the requirements for air separation and foam suppression from all essential hydraulic oil specifications.
HYSPIN AWH-M also has excellent anti-corrosion effect according to it
demanding IP 135B corrosion test (steel in water).
The HYSPIN AWH-M hydraulic oils are stable against oxygenation, which is evident from the good ones
TOST results (you measure the time when the oil's neutralization number rises to 2.0 mg KOH/g
under certain test conditions, if ASTM D943).
HYSPIN AWH-M are compatible with all common metal types (excl. silver-plated
elements) and packing materials including Nitrile, Buna-N, Viton, Epoxy and
Silicone rubber.
