APPLICATION
Leviton B2ca Central Dry Tube (CDT) cables offer up to 24 fiber in a compact, gel-free construction. CDT cable is compliant with the European Construction Products Regulation, achieving EuroClass level B2ca according to EN 13501-6. CDT B2ca cables are suited to any building backbone or riser installation where people safety in the case of fire is a high priority. Leviton CDT cables are suitable for internal/external dry duct and cable tray installations in building and campus backbone applications
FEATURES
• 2-24 Fiber Counts - color-coded according to TIA-598-D
• Bend Insensitive Fiber as standard - Single-Mode, OM3 and OM4 versions to suit a variety of applications
• Central Dry Tube cable construction - gel-free to reduce termination time and remove the need for solvents
• Glass Yarn Armoring - high-tensile yarns to offer strength and rodent protection
• Halogen Free Flame-Retardant Low Smoke (HFFR-LS) sheath (Black, UV stable as standard)
• EuroClass B2ca meets the requirements of EuroClass Cca, Dca and Eca and can be used in applications where these are specified
• Exceeds the relevant Mechanical and Environmental Performance defined by IEC 60794-2-20
• Included in the Leviton 25-Year System Warranties when used in conjunction with Leviton connectivity. System warranties are available for qualified projects installed by certified contractors
