ISO-RC-Screw Lock Lacquer / Dipping Varnish No. 3000 is a fast-drying solvent-based 1-component lacquer. The product adheres to almost all surfaces and exhibits excellent chemical resistance.
Application as screw locking lacquer:
The dried lacquer prevents unintentional loosening of screwed connections, nuts, and bolts. Attempts at manipulation can also be detected as the lacquer will be damaged. The material is applied by dripping it onto the (dust- and grease-free) point that needs sealing. The lacquer also adheres to vertical surfaces.
Application as dipping varnish:
The lacquer can be used to seal plates, etc., with a thin layer. The material is applied by painting or dipping. By repeated painting/dipping and drying, any desired thickness can be achieved. A spray form is also available.
