BWT PERLA Seta contains a larger filter mass per column and can therefore provide more softened water during periods of peak load, for example in the morning, when more people take a shower. This makes the facility particularly suitable for properties with 6 to 8 apartments. BWT PERLA Seta protects the entire property from limescale. All residents can benefit from a weekday without lime, operation will be easier with fewer repairs and savings on the operating budget. With BWT PERLA Seta, all are guaranteed silky soft BWT water around the clock, without compromising.

PERLA Seta is connected to the Internet and via the BWT@Home-App you get an overview of the softening system's status and receive relevant notifications - for example during service or when more salt needs to be added. In addition, the BWT PERLA Seta protects against water damage with the integrated safety systems. Now the property is protected both from lime, but also from water damage.
Intelligent consumption of salt and water:
- the plant is always based on the actual consumption of softened water.
Salt consumption notifications and filling time:
- monitors the actual salt stock, which is stated in the app, email and display.
Intelligent and closed, hygienic construction:
- dirt does not penetrate and the salt container is kept dry and clean.

Built-in water damage alarm:
- control unit that can be connected to up to 10 wireless water sensors (AQA Guard Wireless Sensor), automatically shuts off the water after unnatural water consumption, shuts off the water immediately if water is detected on the floor, detects leaking water e.g running toilets, safety during power failure - stops automatic regeneration (unnecessary water consumption and water damage is avoided).
