In the app, you get a clear, consolidated overview of all your previous orders, backorders, and return orders. You can dive into the details, keep track of your orders, and quickly find products you’ve ordered before.

This makes it easy to reorder regular items and keep track of your purchasing history—saving you time in everyday work.

Scan & Go

Make your in-store visit even faster and more flexible with Scan & Go. Open the feature, scan the products you need as you pick them up, and complete your purchase directly in the app.

When you’re done, you can leave the store straight away without stopping at the checkout. It’s a simple, seamless way to shop - especially when the day is busy.

Offers and news

Stay continuously updated with the latest news and current offers in the app. You can easily view campaigns on electrical, plumbing, and VTA products, and keep up with the latest news that’s relevant to you.

The app brings everything together in one place, so you always have access to up-to-date prices and inspiration for your next purchase.

Pick-up & Express Deliveries

Order your goods in the way that best fits your working day. Choose in-store pickup if you need your items right away, or opt for express delivery when time is tight.

You can also have your products delivered directly to an address of your choice. Whatever you choose, the app makes it quick and easy to get your goods exactly where you need them.

Do I need to be a customer to use the app?

Yes. You must be a customer of Lemvigh Müller to use the app. If you’re already a customer but don’t have access to our digital solutions, you can contact our support team, who will help you get started.

How do I log in to the app?

You log in using the same credentials as for Lemvigh Müller’s digital solutions. Open the app, enter your username and password, and you’re ready to go.

If you’re a customer but don’t yet have login details, or if you’ve forgotten your password, our support team can help you get access.

Can I use the same login for the webshop and the app?

Yes. You use the same login in both places. In the app, you can also set up a personal PIN so you can log in quickly in the future.

It’s also possible to use biometric login (Face ID or Touch ID) in the app.

Which phones can use the app?

The app is available for both iPhone and Android. In the App Store or Google Play, you can see which operating systems the app supports.

How does Scan & Go work?

Open “Scan & Go” from the home screen or under “More.” Scan the items as you shop. When you’ve scanned all your items, tap “Continue,” enter a reference number if needed, swipe right on “Complete order,” and scan the QR code at the checkout to finalise your purchase.

Please note that if your user account is set up so orders require approval, you won’t be able to use the Scan & Go feature in the app

What’s the difference between Scan and Scan & Go?

Our “Scan” feature, which you’ll find in the bottom menu, makes it easy to scan labels wherever you are. From here, you can add items directly to your basket and order them for delivery or in-store pickup.

“Scan & Go” works a bit differently. It lets you scan the items you want to buy and leave the store without stopping at the checkout. You start Scan & Go from the app’s home screen or by tapping “More” in the bottom menu and selecting “Scan & Go.”
