An delivery fee of DKK 81 per delivery address per day (On January 1, 2026, the Energy Surcharge will be adjusted to DKK 85 per delivery address per day.) will be added to your orders, covering energy taxes and waste disposal, among other things. Though, if you have placed several orders to be sent to the same address on the same day, you will only pay the energy charge on the first order.

However, you do not need to pay the energy charge on technical articles, if you place a ‘pick up order’ and collect your order yourself in one of our stores.

Shipping: technical supplies

An delivery fee of DKK 99 per delivery address per day will be added when shipping technical supplies. Though, if you have placed several orders to be sent to the same address on the same day, you will only have to pay the delivery charge on the first order.

However, you do not need to pay the energy charge if you place a ‘pick up order’ and collect your order yourself in one of our stores.

Shipping: Steel, stainless steel and metals

If you place an order weighing more than 750 kg or with a total value of more than DKK 6,000 (both steel and technical supplies), the delivery of steel is free of charge.

Otherwise, a steel delivery charge of DKK 850 per delivery address will be applied.

However, you do not have to pay the steel delivery charge if you combine your purchases, placing a big, collective order for fewer delivery days.

Kilometer-based tolling for trucks

In connection with the new kilometer-based road toll, which takes effect on January 1st, 2025, for trucks over 12 ton, we introduce two new surcharges. The surcharges are based on a calculation of average costs and are applied once per delivery address per day and to both Postnord, freight and steel deliveries. When ordering both technical goods and steel goods, both charges will be applied.

- The surcharge on technical goods is DKK 5.92
- The surcharge on steel products is DKK 62.82

You can avoid the tax by:

- picking up the goods in one of our 23 craft stores.
- ordering technical goods from our central warehouse for pickup in one of our stores. This does not apply to steel purchased at our central steel warehouse or production facilities.

Small order surcharge

If the total purchase per day is less than DKK 1,500 per delivery address, the order will be subject to a small order surcharge of DKK 139.

You can avoid the surcharge by purchasing more than DKK 1,500, or by placing a 'pick-up order' for technical goods and picking up your order yourself in one of our craft shops. Does NOT apply to steel products

Surcharge for unknown technical products

If the total purchase per day is less than DKK 2,000 per delivery address and contains unknown technical products, the order will be subject to a surcharge of DKK 199. We apply a maximum of one surcharge per order.

You can avoid the surcharge by purchasing more than DKK 2,000. This also avoids the small order surcharge.

Certificates

Certificates cost DKK 100 apiece and will be sent via email.

Other services

Other services in connection to e.g. packaging, cutting of steel, cutting of cables, wasted journeys etc. will be charged separately.
