A kanban solution gives you a good overview of your inventory and it's easy to take the consumables you need to keep production running. The concept is simple: You get two boxes per item. Both boxes are full. You start by picking from one box. When the box is empty, you put it away and pick from the other. When a box is empty, you or one of Lemvigh-Müller's merchants can scan a label and a reorder is placed.
