The VigilOhm mobile kit is designed to monitor and identify permanent insulation default on underground / IT electrical networks from the main feeder to the charge level. This Mobile fault locator is composed of a 7kg wallet containing a 24h autonomy battery, a mobile default locator, a display screen, charging and connection cable for the dedicated probes, an ON/OFF switch. The kit operates in connection with any of its three dedicated insulation monitoring probe which are the IMDCP15, IMDCP50 and IMDCP100 and require the signal to be provided by IM400 or XM300 CPI. The kit requires one of those probe to be connected to have the capability to measure and display the resistance and capacitance of the charge to be monitored. The calibration is realized starting from the feeder in default and takes 45 seconds while all other measure are realized within 20 seconds whether it is on a cable or a final load. The three probe available are designed to offer versatility and to enable the user to choose the best suited solution for its IT earthing network. The kit aims to be manageable and transportable over various installation whether they are composed of short or long distance cable, whether they are simple or complex IT earthing installation. To ensure the veracity of the measured value, note that the IMDMFLK1 kit and probe require the signal to be provided by an IM400 or XM300 CPI. It enables to monitor network with a maximum capacitance of 20µF with a voltage input <1000V AC/DC if not connected to the network, or <440V AC/DC if connected to the network. The battery provides 24H of autonomy for 7H of charging with an auxilary supply power of 24VDC and a consumption of 4W. The insulation monitoring kit weights 7kg and is 340mm large for 315mm of height and 160mm of width. The operating temperature is between -20°C and 45°C and the device can tolerate up to 95% of non condensed humidity. The storage temperature is between -20°C and 60°C, and the kit can bear a maximum altitude of 3000m. The wallet is black, while the default locator is grey and display value through a LCD screen. The IMDMFLK1 is certified IEC61010-1, IEC61010-2 and EN61326, it is a categorie III device with a degree of pollution of 2. To use the kit properly, a permanent default had to be previously detected through an IM400, XM300 CPI or IFL if present. The kit must then be calibrated on the feeder where the default has been detected -40sec- and then sub-feeders can be monitored independently -20sec-. Overall, the VigilOhm mobile fault location kit is composed of three measurement toroids and the insulation default locator wallet. And enable the effective location of insulation default independently of the complexity of your IT earthing system. This kit is adapted for short or long distance IT earthing network, complex or simple and enables the user to manage as many feeders as required.
