The T-STAR plus drive is an updatet version of the well-known Torx drive, featuring an improved bit-to-screw engagement developed by SPAX. This ensures optimal torque transfer and easy installation – even when working overhead or at an angle. Standard Torx bits can be used, but only SPAX bits provide the full locking effect and maximum grip. The innovative 4CUT point enables fast penetration into wood without pre-drilling while significantly reducing the risk of wood splitting. The screw is ETA-approved for use in load-bearing timber structures and is supplied with an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD).
