Boson SARS-CoV-2 is an antigen test/rapid test for COVID-19. Corona test for private use, to test yourself at home.
Boson SARS-CoV-2 is CE approved (CE 0123) and intended for private use. The SARS-CoV-2 antigen rapid test is a one-step in vitro test based on immunochromatography. It is developed for the rapid qualitative determination of SARS-CoV-2 virus antigen in nasal swab samples taken from people with suspected Covid-19 infection within the first seven days after the onset of symptoms. The SARS-CoV-2 antigen rapid test must not be used as the sole basis for the diagnosis or exclusion of a SARS-CoV-2 infection.

The Boson Rapid SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Test Card is among the most reliable on the market and is stated by the manufacturer to be: Sensitivity 96.77%, Specificity 99.20% and accuracy 98.72%.

How to perform this home test for Corona
The test is very easy and quick to perform. A swab sample from the front part of the nose 2.5 cm, the swab is taken down into the test tube, after which 3 drops from the test tube are transferred to the test cassette. The result can be read after 15-20 minutes. (detailed instructions included).
A study of user-friendliness showed these results:
99.10% of non-professional users completed the test independently successfully.
97.87% of the different result types were interpreted correctly.
