The cables can be placed indoors and outdoors, but not in water. However, please note that the cable's life expectancy is reduced by long-term exposure to UV light. The conductor insulation should be protected from direct UV light, which may occur in, for example, light fixtures and light signs. When laying in the ground, the cable must be provided with additional protection against mechanical stresses.
