CA6683 LOCAT-N is an installation, circuit breaker, and cable locator designed for simple and accurate tracing and troubleshooting of cables and other conductive installations such as iron pipes. It can be used both on de-energized installations and on live circuits up to 400V.
The instrument consists of a transmitter and a receiver unit, both equipped with a large LCD display, digital readout, bar graph, acoustic signal, and a powerful flashlight function. The receiver also has a backlit display and passively detects live cables. Sensitivity can be adjusted either manually or automatically, and a digitally coded signal ensures secure identification. Altogether, this makes installation tracing quick and effortless.
