The RL35R is the latest addition to COAST's lineup of rechargeable headlamps. This time, they're introducing a headlamp with voice control.
Here, you get a headlamp with 5 LED lights, Multi-Color Optic (white, red, green, and blue), ARC 280™ C.O.B. optics, and plenty of the latest technologies.
You're ensured all-around hands-free lighting, 1000 lumens, and a runtime of up to 83 hours!
A Headlamp Beyond the Ordinary
The COAST RL35R is a unique rechargeable headlamp that, with its white LED light, can work with two light optics: Ultra View Flood Beam and BULLS-EYE™ Spot Beam.
You get a perfect wide-angle circle with uniform light (Flood) and an intense light beam that can focus on what you need (Spot).
These two optics can be used separately or together and are controlled with Variable Light Control™ technology; this is done with a rotating dial on the headlamp. The light intensity peaks at 1000 lumens.
If you prefer to use Voice Control instead of pressing the buttons on the headlamp, you can say: "COAST SPOT" or "COAST FLOOD." If you want both lights simultaneously: "COAST Maximum."
Multi-Color Optic
"COAST RED": This light is an anti-glare LED setting that makes it easy for you to see in the dark. The red light ensures your night vision.
"COAST GREEN": With this light color, you can observe both animals and people in their natural environment in the dark without disturbing them.
"COAST BLUE": The blue LED also ensures that your natural night vision is not affected, but more details and color differences become visible. For example, for tracking blood or reading maps, blue light is particularly suitable.
"COAST Arc": As the 5th option for light on this voice-controlled headlamp, the light has ARC 280™ C.O.B.; A curved light that follows the shape of the lamp and provides extra wide illumination. This light can also be used both together and independently with all other light functions in the lamp.
Materials and Design – Plus a Little Extra
The head of the RL35R can be tilted forward, upward, and downward. This allows you to make the directional adjustment of the light beam as needed.
Rear Safety Signal™ completes the package; A rear-facing red safety light can shine in constant red or flashing red with its own on/off button. This light is integrated into the removable battery pack.
The headlamp's Rechargeable-Plus system allows you to use both COAST's ZITHION™ rechargeable battery (ZX850) or 2 x CR123 batteries. You can monitor the battery status at all times via indicators, knowing when to connect and recharge via the USB-C cable. The lamp has a runtime of up to 83 hours.
The head strap is made of soft, non-slip, and comfortable material. The strap is adjustable and robust enough to be worn on the outside of a helmet if desired.
RL35R is made of high-quality materials, tested IP54 for dust and water resistance. The lamp is measured according to the ANSI FL1 standard.
