"Zelio NFC Control is a multifuntion control relay for programming with NFC technology.
The relay can be used for 3-phase application with or without a neutral wire.
On top of the relay are the supply and measuring terminals and on the bottom are the 2 individual output contacts.
Zelio NFC Control can be used for detection of:
- Phase-loss.
- Phase-sequence fault.
- Missing neutral wire.
- Undervoltage and/or overvoltage.
- Asymmetry between the 3-phases.
- Underfrequency and/or overfrequency.
The control relay has 2 C/O contacts with a maximum load of 8A with individual programming.
This makes it possible to use one output for detection of a phase-loss and the other for undervoltage detection.
It is also possible to use the logical funtions AND, OR or NOT when programming the outputs.
RMNF22TB30 has a build-in memory that register the previous 20 trigger conditions which makes troubleshooting easy and help identify momentary supply errors.
On the front of the control relay are 7 LED for indication:
- PL/PS indicate a phase-loss or phase-sequence fault.
- UV/OV indicate an undervoltage or overvoltage fault.
- Asy indicate an asymmetry fault.
- UF/OF indicate and underfrequence or overfrequency fault.
- R1 indicate the state of relay output R1.
- R2 indicate the state of relay output R2.
- Un indicate that the supply is present.
Zelio NFC control has no buttons or adjustment dials on the front.
Programming and setup of the relay is done with NFC technology and the ""ZELIO NFC"" app.
The app is free and can be downloaded from Google Play Store and can be used for both Zelio NFC Control and Zelio NFC Time.
NOTE: It is only Android software version V4.4 or higher which is supported.
It is possible to lock the application with a 4 digit passcode to avoid unintended changes to the settings.
The application can be cloned for multiple relays and it is possible to share the settings to another phone."
