The smart Door/Window Sensor II [+M] reliably detects open doors and windows and always shows their status in the app. The extra-flat magnetic unit is discreetly attached to the window frame, even on multi-pane windows.
The sensor can serve multiple functions: with the “Sustainable Ventilation” service, radiator thermostats in the same room automatically lower when windows are open, saving energy and costs. As part of the alarm system, it triggers an alarm if doors or windows are opened unlawfully – and when the system is armed, it warns of possible security risks caused by open windows or doors.
The integrated button also offers several functions: short and long presses can be individually assigned via the app as triggers for actions or scenarios. The pause function can be activated with a double-click, allowing a window or door to be opened once without triggering the alarm or lowering the heating – practical, for example, when letting a pet out briefly.
The Door/Window Sensor [+M] supports the latest Matter standard and can be used in any Matter Smart Home system and its respective app. Information about setup and operation is provided by the respective platform provider.
