The Emax2 circuit breaker series consists of 4 sizes for implementing switching equipment with compact dimensions and high performance. Assembly rails can thus be configured for optimized lengths and cross-sections. High short-term currents and effective protection features guarantee comprehensive selectivity in all applications. The Ekip Touch protection versions are equipped with a large touchscreen color display and can be operated intuitively and safely. With Ekip Connect, Ekip devices can also be programmed and consulted using a tablet, smartphone or laptop. All Emax2 switches can be equipped with communication modules for Modbus, Modbus TCP, Profibus, Profinet, Devicenet and Ethernet IP. The integrated communication module IEC 61850 enables connection to automation systems and intelligent distribution networks (smart networks). The integrated network analyzer monitors the quality of the power supply in real time. Emax2 E1.2 with rated current up to 1,600 A and a breaking capacity of up to 66 kA is designed for the implementation of switching equipment with a width of 400 mm.
