Elma VoltStick® Switch6 is a non-contact voltage tester that indicates AC voltage from 12 to 1000V in two ranges: high sensitivity from 12–1000V or normal from 230–1000V.
Voltage (phase) is indicated acoustically (optional), with a strong red light at the tip, and with powerful vibration for added safety.
The Elma VoltStick® Switch series adds an on/off button to the VoltStick®, ensuring the instrument does not activate unintentionally in a pocket or toolbox, e.g., due to static electricity from synthetic workwear or a nylon bag.
The button also introduces several smart features:
A short press turns the instrument on and a green LED clearly indicates it is active.
A long press activates visual indication and vibration only, without sound – perfect for quiet office environments.
The button also controls the strong flashlight at the tip, ideal for measuring in dark cavities.
By pressing the "R" (Range) button, it is easy to switch between modes: high sensitivity 12–1000V indicated by an orange LED, or normal 230–1000V indicated by a green LED.
Switch6 further adds an extra powerful flashlight at the rear of the instrument, operated by a dedicated on/off button.
