This EVlink Pro DC product is a fast charging station for all electrical vehicles compliant with IEC61851-1 ed.3 and IEC61851-23 standards. This charging station is wall-mounted but can also be fixed on the floor by using a pedestal to be ordered separately. The IP degree of protection is IP55. The IK degree of protection is IK10 and IK08 for touchscreen. The operating temperature is between -30°C and 55°C derating starting from 55°C. The output is two a 5m attached cables with CCS2 vehicle connectors at each end, associated with cable management solution. The nominal output power is 60kW. The charger is supplied in three-phase (L1+L2+L3+N+PE). The rated charging current is 96A under 380VAC to 415VAC +/- 10% with a 50 frequency. It can be used with a TN-S / TNC-S or TT earthing system. It is also IT compatible with an additional isolation transformer on the power supply. The charging station is easy to install, not requiring heavy equipment. It can be commissionned via a laptop connected to the embedded webserver. It is recommended for vehicle depot application. The authentication for the charge authorization can be done thanks to RFID or NFC badge, QR code scan or vehicle MAC address. The charging station includes a touchscreen permitting to the end-user to select connector he wants to use and to control its charge. The screen provides also information about the status of the charge of the vehicle. A multicolor led indicates also the status of the charge and the charging station. A stop button permits also to stop rapidly a charge if needed. The charging station can be also piloted from remote backend. The charging station includes a RJ45 ethernet port for LAN connection. It also includes Wi-fi and 4G modem connection. The charging station can be managed in standalone or in clustered architecture with backend application for energy management and/or user authentication, billing. The parameters are set through a web server embedded in the charging station. The OCCP 1.6 communication protocol is used to connect to the supervision device. The available services are the authentication and the charge authorization, the charge detail records, the diagnosis capabilities and the load management.
