Flange Wizard 38240-TL is the large flange aligner for fast, stable fit-up when larger hole diameters and thicker flanges are involved. It is supplied with an 18″ aligner bar that links the two pins, providing a more stable, repeatable set-up than using loose pins alone. Unlike loose pins, it is supplied with an aligner bar that links the two threaded pins, helping keep alignment controlled during tacking and welding preparation.

The threaded model features fast-release double-lead threads for quick tightening and incorporates built-in levels for horizontal and vertical alignment. Flange Wizard states it can significantly reduce fit-up time and avoids the frustration of balancing a level on loose pins.
