Harmony XB5/ZB5 pushbuttons for flush mounting improves both the design and the functionality of a machine or the front of a panel.
The flush design is not only a matter of estetics but it has also functional advantages like easy cleaning and mechanical protection.
The pushbuttons are simple to mount in a 30 mm hole and stay in place because of the gasket on the back of the head.
With the rotation nut on the back and the fixation tool (ZB5AZ905) the head is easially secured and the body (ZB5AZ009) is attached to the head with a simple click.
The contact blocks and light modules are attacted to the body and depending on the kombination, a total of up to 9 modules can be mounted on the back.
The Harmony XB5 series in plastic are very robust and can be used in a wide range of industries including the food & beverage industry where the plastic is resistant to cleaning agents.
The protection rating are IP66, IP67, IP69 (ISO) and IP69K (DIN) and the operating temperature can be between -40..70 degrees celcius.
XB5FG41 is a complete key switch for flush mounting and for a Ronis 455 key.
The head has 2 positions (90°) with stay-put operation and key withdrawal in both positions.
The key switch head is including a body with a 1xNO contact block attached.
It is recommended to buy the ZB5FA902 antirotation plate accessory to avoid that the pushbutton rotates in the hole during use.
It is possible to add additional ZBE1xx contact blocks if extra switching functions are needed.
For marking, the ZBYFxxxx legend holders with blank legends for individual engraving can be used.
Otherwise the ZBZFxx legend holders can be bought seperately and the standard ZBY0xxxx legends can be used.
NOTE: It is NOT possible to use flush pushbuttons in XAL control stations.
