Flush mounted red pushbutton head in plastic for legend insertion with spring return and flush front face

Harmony XB5/ZB5 pushbuttons for flush mounting improves both the design and the functionality of a machine of the front of a panel.
The flush design is not only a matter of estetics but it has also functional advantages like easy cleaning and mechanical protection.
The pushbuttons is simple to mount in a 30 mm hole and stay in place because of the gasket on the back of the head.
With the rotation nut on the back and the fixation tool (ZB5AZ905) the head is easially secured and the body (ZB5AZ009) is attached to the head with a simple click.
The contact blocks and light modules are attacted to the body and depending on the kombination, a total of up to 9 modules can be mounted on the back.

Harmony XB5 series in plastic is very robust and can be used in a wide range of industries and also the food & beverage industry where the plastic is resistant to cleaning agents.
The protection rating are IP66, IP67, IP69 (ISO) and IP69K (DIN) and the operating temperature can be between -40..70 degrees celcius.

ZB5FA48 is a pushbutton head for flush mounting with spring return and red flush front face.
The front cap can be removed for inserting a circular lable under the cap for marking of the pushbutton.
Labelsheets for insertion is available with standard text in selected languages or as blank labels for individual marking.
It is also possible to mount a integral LED on the back of the pushbutton for illumination of the front face.

For ZB5FA48, the seperate body (ZB5AZ009) is used together with the contact blocks (ZBE10x) and the light modules (ZBVx) depending on the supply voltage.
It is also possible to use the complete bodies assembled with contact blocks (ZB5AZ1xx) in case this is easier.
It is important to use the correct light module (ZBVB4, ZBVG4 eller ZBVM4) in order to get the red color.

NOTE: It is NOT possible to use flush pushbuttons in XAL control stations.
