Harmony eXLhoist is an advanced wireless remote control systems for crane and hoisting applications.
The system consists of a remote device and a base station communicating on 2,4 GHz.
With the unique design it is possible to operate the system with only one hand and the intuitive placement of buttons makes it easy to control without looking at the remote device.
The free eXLhoist configuration software is used for setting up the system and offers a large flexibility for existing crane applications.
Advanced battery technology ensures short charging time, a long working life and excellent autonomy.
The remote device has up to 30 hours of continuous operation on a 15 minutes charge.
Safety is a key part of the eXLhoist system and the remote device has a build-in emergency stop compliant with PLe, Cat 4, SIL3.
Furthermore the remote device has an embedded accelerometer to detect and stop the system if the operator trips or falls.
ZARB18WM is a base station for multi-bridge applications (tandem).
The base has 18 output relays + 2 safety output for the emergency stop circuit.
Furthermore the base has 18 inputs, 12 of them dedicated for limit switches and 6 for alarms.
The supply voltage is 24..240V AC/DC and cable gland for electrical connection.
For easy mounting on a crane without having to drill holes, an installation kit (ZARC091) with magnets is available.
It is possible to add Modbus communication and analogue inputs to the base station with the ZARCFBA01 option card.
