Harmony wireless and batteryless pushbuttons offers both mobility and installation cost savings at the same time.
The system consist of a transmitter and a receiver communicating on a 2,4 GHz ZigBee Green Power protocol.
With the increasing number of components in the wireless eco-system, it has never been easier to add wireless components to your EcoStruxure solution. without having to change the exisiting installation.
It is possible to select between a stand-alone solution or a direct connection to a PLC or iPC (i.e. the Harmony Edge Box) through the access point, Harmony Hub.
If the access point is mounted inside a metal cabinet, the range is reduced to a maximum of 25 meters, but it can easily be increased with the use of the relay antenna ZBRA1.
The Harmony Hub ZBRN1 is a wireless access point for the use of an external communication module.
It it possible to add up to 60 wireless pushbuttons or sensors to the access point at the same time.
The access point comes without the communication module which has to be ordered seperately.
For Modbus/TCP communication with a PLC system, the ZBRCETH communication module is available.
Supply voltage for the Harmony Hub is 24..240VAC/DC.
The access point can be used in combination with the following pushbuttons or sensors:
- Wireless pushbuttons (ZBRT1 & ZBRT2)
- Wireless limit switches (XCMW & XCKW)
- Wireless transmitter (XZBWE1112A24)
- Wireless rope pull switch (ZBRP1)
- Wireless output module for Harmony Hub (ZBRRH)
- Wireless temperature & humidity sensors (ZBRTT1/CL110)
- Wireless temperature sensors (TH110/A9XST114)
- Wireless current clamp-on transmitters (ZBRTCx)
- PowerTag sensors (F63, F160 and R series)
- PowerTag for Compact NSX sensors (LV4340xx)
The programming of the access point and pairing of pushbuttons/sensors is done with the dial and the display on the front.
For improving the signal strength, it is recommended to order the separate passive antenna ZBRA2 for the Harmony Hub.
