METRO THERM VXT is a series of large district heating units for heating of residential properties, industry, sports halls, etc. Supplied with control, weather compensator, outdoor sensor and heating circuit, as well as primary connections to hot water tank. The system is equipped with all necessary components and is ready to be connected as soon as it is unpacked.
The maximum permissible flow temperature on the primary side is 110 °C. The system is on the primary side in either PN16 (Type 1 and 4) or PN6/10 (Type 2 and 3) and on the secondary side in PN10. The heating circuit is provided on the primary side with eg. motor valve and differential pressure regulator, which makes optimal control possible. All components are electrically connected and the system is equipped with 230V plugs.
Note that units are supplied without control valve for container. To comply with DS452 on heat loss reduction, the unit must be isolated. It complies with DS469 regarding requirements for controlling flow temperature for room heating.
