The Mobil SHC Cibus series comprises high-performance hydraulic, compressor, gear, and bearing oils developed to provide excellent machine protection, long oil life, and trouble-free operation in the food, beverage, and packaging industries. The products are manufactured from FDA- and NSF-registered hydrocarbon base oils and additives. The combination of a naturally high viscosity index and a proprietary additive system makes the Mobil SHC Cibus series particularly suitable for lubrication under a wide range of conditions, including high and low temperatures, high loads, and applications involving significant water washout where mineral oil lubricants are inadequate. Mobil SHC Cibus lubricants are NSF H1 registered and also comply with Title 21 CFR 178.3570 of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for lubricants where incidental food contact cannot be excluded. Mobil SHC Cibus lubricants are produced in ISO 22000 certified facilities that also comply with ISO 21469 requirements, ensuring the highest standards of product integrity. The products are also suitable for the production of Kosher, Halal, and other faith-based foods, providing maximum operational flexibility.
