Mg-270 is a resistant high-pressure lubricant with optimum characteristics of adhesion. The product has excellent
creep properties and contains in addition microfine PTFE which penetrates everywhere.
Repellent properties against both fresh and salt water. The product provides longterm corrosion protection due
to the good adhesion properties and has good resistance against acids.
MG-270 is used as lubricant at places with vibrations. E.g. open gearwheels, toothed bars, chainwheels, chains,
wires and nails. Excellent lubrication for doors and windows as weel as for chains operating with medium speed.
Does not affect most rubber types, plastics and lacquers. Does not contain metallic salt and resists high pressure
wash down and steam.
Excellent for chains and mashines working under water. Can normally be used together with other oils, as MG-
270 is miscible with most organic and synthetic oils.
MG-270 is odourless and can be applied in many industries such as the food-, drink- and tobacco industry, canned
goods production, sugar production, paper- and textile production etc.
Meets the most demands for continuous and clean lubrication in connection with water and steam, and is resistant
to mild solutions of acids, bases and lye. Unlike other lubricants MG-270 is a newtonic liquid, that is, the viscosity
is independent of the shear velocity, and therefore MG-270 retains its viscosity in the lubricated places.
The product is biodegradable and has very low toxicity. It is based on a synthetic oil and does not contain neither
silicone or mineral oil.
Due to the high viscosity MG-270 is less suitable for the lubrication of small and fastgoing bearings, where the
high viscosity can cause increased friction and heat development in the bearings - use VET-68 Sterile oil in stead.
