NXT Base – The Foundation for a Modular Signal Tower
NXT Base is the foundation of Sirena’s modular Ø50 mm NXT series and provides the basis for flexible signalling solutions for industry, machine building and automation. The base is designed to simplify installation, expansion and maintenance while ensuring a stable and reliable solution in demanding environments.
Flexible Configuration
The NXT system is based on a modular concept, allowing the base to be combined with up to five light modules and one sound module. This makes it possible to create a signalling solution tailored precisely to the individual machine or process.
The system supports both fixed-colour LED modules and RGB modules, allowing the signalling solution to be adapted to different operating conditions and future requirements without replacing the entire signal tower.
Robust Construction
NXT Base is made of impact-resistant polycarbonate, providing high mechanical strength and a long service life in industrial environments. The construction is designed to withstand dust, water, vibrations and everyday operational stresses.
With an IP69K protection rating and IK08 impact resistance, the base is suitable for installation in production facilities, packaging lines, process plants and other environments where reliable operation is essential.
Quick Installation
The base features Sirena’s patented bayonet locking system and integrated sliding contacts, allowing modules to be installed quickly and easily without complicated wiring between the modules.
The modular design also makes it easy to expand or modify the signalling solution if requirements change over time.
