Oil Seal OAS 68 x 85 x 10 NBR-70

Rotary shaft seals, also known as oil seals, compression glands, simmer rings etc. Rotary shaft seal type OAS in NBR-70 (black) is a standard rotary shaft seal that consists of a rubber-coated metal housing and a sealing lip with a spring. The OAS type has an additional protective dust lip which protects the main sealing lip from external contamination. The spring is made of regular unalloyed spring steel. The Rotary shaft seal is designed to seal against grease, oil and water in rotary applications. A standard oil seal ring is designed to run at a maximum pressure of 0.5 bar. APPLICATION Used in almost every industry as a good reliable sealing in rotating machines, shafts, axles, power tools and gearboxes. The OAS type is often used in more dust polluted environments.
