Oil seal OASP 40 x 52 x 7 NBR-70 <8 bar

Rotary shaft seals, also known as oil seals, compression glands, simmer rings etc. Rotary shaft seal type OAS-P in NBR-70 (black) is a special rotary shaft seal that consists of a rubber-coated metal housing, a sealing lip with a spring and an additional dust lip which protects the main sealing lip from outside contamination. The OAS-P type has a reinforced sealing lip for medium pressure which allows this design to function at up to 8 bar. The spring is made of regular unalloyed spring steel. The Rotary shaft seal is designed to seal against grease, oil and water in rotary applications. APPLICATION Used in almost every industry as a good reliable sealing in rotating machines, shafts, axles, power tools and gearboxes. The OAS-P type is often used in applications where low pressure can occur.
