Oil seal OAUR 50 x 58 x 4 NBR-70

Rotary shaft seals, also known as oil seals, compression glands, simmer rings etc. Rotary shaft seal type OAUR in NRB-70 (black) is a single-acting standard rotary shaft seal that consists of a rubber-coated metal housing and a sealing lip without a spring, which produces less friction and heat. Furthermore the outside is with groove, which means better sealing effect. The Rotary shaft seal is designed to seal against grease, oil and water in rotary applications. A standard oil seal ring is designed to run at a maximum pressure of 0.5 bar. APPLICATION: Used in almost every industry as a good reliable sealing in rotating machines, shafts, axles, power tools and gearboxes. INSTALLATION: Installation according to DIN 3760. It is very important that the assembly tools must be of soft material and have no sharp edges. Before installation all individual parts of the seal must be oiled with system oil. NOTES: OAUR should not be used in dusty environments. For special applications that require high temperatures or pressure, other materials and models can be used.
