DALI-2 certified master sensor, long range, for surface mounting
This presence detector has a long range and is a standard master detector that meets basic requirements for DALI daylight control in 3 zones. Extend the range with a DALI-2 secondary detector (353-752021) or combine it with other P46 DALI-2 secondary detectors in the P40/M40 series.

The detector is designed for surface mounting. The screwless and easy accessible plug-in terminals make the detector easy to install.
Reliable detecting range tested according to IEC63180
The Niko P40 and M40 detector series have been tested according to the IEC63180 standard by a third party in a controlled environment. Automatic repeated tests ensure a reliable range.
Functions
• Detection range: Ø37 m at a mounting height of 3 meters
• Detection range can be increased with up to 5 secondary detectors (353-752021)
• Supports DALI Broadcast (standard) and DALI Addressable
• Suitable for controlling up to 64 DALI devices (the total power consumption must not exceed the performance of the master detector of max. 100mA)
• Auto-configuration when replacint a DALI coil/DALI device
• Includes 3 PIR segments, each covering 120°
• Adjustable PIR sensitivity (4 levels) in 3 x 120°
• One or more PIR segments can be deactivated
• Settings and configuration can be locked with a PIN code
Lighting control
• Daylight control in up to 3 zones
• Automatic on/off
• Manual on/off via 230V push button with automatic switch-off
• Only switch on via 230V push button with automatic switch-off
• Niko 230V push button can be used (170-70015)
• Orientation light
• On level can be adjusted when the daylight control is deactivated
Wireless commissioning
• easy and quick commissioning and programming of the detector with Niko´s user-friendly app, Niko detector tool
• 2-way Bluetooth® communication ensures quick commissioning and immediate feedback in the app
