This presence detector has a medium range and is a standard master detector that meets basic requirements for DALI daylight control in 3 zones. Extend the range with a DALI-2 secondary detector (353-652021) or combine it with other P46 DALI-2 secondary detectors in the P40/M40 series.

Reliable detecting range tested according to IEC63180
The Niko P40 and M40 detector series have been tested according to the IEC63180 standard by a third party in a controlled environment. Automatic repeated tests ensure a reliable range.
Functions
• Detection range: Ø12 m at a mounting height of 3 m
• Detection range can be increased with up to 5 secondary detectors (353-652021)
• Suitable for controlling up to 64 DALI devices (the total power consumption must not exceed the performance of the master detector of max. 100mA)
• Supports DALI Broadcast (standard) and DALI Addressable
• Auto-configuration when replacint a DALI coil/DALI device
• Adjustable PIR sensitivity (4 levels)
• Settings and configuration can be locked with a PIN code
Lighting control
• Daylight control in up to 3 zones
• Automatic on/off
• Manual on/off via 230V push button with automatic switch-off
• Only switch on via 230V push button with automatic switch-off
• Niko 230V push button can be used (170-70015)
• Orientation light
• On level can be adjusted when the daylight control is deactivated
