PA 6 Round bar D: 12 mm extruderet Nature (L:3000mm)

PA6 is the comonly used "all-round" std. grade within the "Nylon" family of products. The material is an extruded quality without modifications or additions of additional substances to alter the properties of the material. PA6 is well suited for applications, where a high degree of strength to mechanical strain or wear is required or to some degree, good chemical properties are needed. The material can under most conditions withstand temperatures between -40 - +100˚C. Standard qualities are not approved for direct contact with foods according to EU food legislation, however modified qualities may be provided. The material may be worked with ordinary machining tools, however there is a tendency to long shavings. Under moist or aquatic conditions, the material has a tendency to expand and is generally speaking not suitable for gluing.
