C49 is a two-piece double-acting sealing set which consists of a special design polyurethane seal ring and an NBR elastomer ring as energiser. APPLICATION: Construction machinery, agricultural machinery, injection moulding machines and general industrial applications. INSTALLATION: Easily assembled on one-piece pistons. It is very important that the assembly tools must be of soft material and have no sharp edges. Before installation the sealing element must be oiled with system oil. NOTES: We recommend choosing a suitable material and quantity for guiding element depending on the purpose of application.
