Piston Seal T-DUO H 125 x 20 x 40 NBR-75

T-DUO H is a double-acting complete piston seal which consists of a steel plate vulcanised with elastomeric nitrile rubber using special production methods. The sealing lips have springs to increase the preload. APPLICATION Short stroke, low pressure hydraulic cylinders and special pneumatic cylinders. INSTALLATION T-DUO H is pushed onto the piston rod with the rubber layer on the clamping flange towards the rod and fixed by a fastener. The nut must be secured. The sliding surface and the cylinder bore should be oiled with a type of oil that does not react with the sealing element during the installation process. Special precautions must be taken at the end of the strokes to avoid damaging the sealing lips. NOTES For special applications that require high temperatures, T-DUO H can be produced in FKM material.
