Bow Shackle with Screw Pin Type PBSP is a high-quality shackle designed for use in demanding environments. It comes with a screw pin for quick and easy opening. The shackle complies with EN 13889 and meets the performance requirements of the US Federal Specification RR-C-271 Type IVA Class 2, Grade A.
All POWERTEX shackles are manufactured and tested according to EN 13889. Both the body and the screw pins are marked with a batch number for traceability. Larger sizes are equipped with arrows indicating 45 degrees to vertical. A raised area is provided for individual ID (3.25 t and above). The bow is drop forged in closed dies, and all parts are made from alloy steel that is quenched and tempered for durability. All components, including screw pins, are hot-dip galvanized for a long service life. The high-quality galvanization provides an exclusive matte gray finish. Additionally, screw pins are painted blue for quick and easy identification as original POWERTEX parts. User manuals are available in multiple languages.
