PROLAN EXTREME 350
ProLan Extreme is designed for long‑term corrosion‑protection tasks, providing a smooth and stable surface.
Application
ProLan Extreme is intended for surfaces where a more “dry” and stable finish is desired.
Remains flexible, eliminating the risk of cracking, and is highly resistant to weather exposure.
ProLan Extreme has strong penetrating abilities, allowing it to enter metal surfaces and stop ongoing corrosion.
ProLan Extreme can be applied directly onto rusty surfaces for long‑term protection and prevents new rust from forming.
Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use – an essential and highly effective shield against corrosion.
NSF International food‑approved to class H1.
ProLan Extreme withstands 170‑bar high‑pressure cleaning and offers high wear resistance after drying. It is insoluble in water.
Resistant to acids, salts, saltwater, fertilizers, and corrosive elements in general. Exceptional durability.
Does not damage glass, paint, leather, chrome, or treated surfaces and leaves a transparent coating.
ProLan Extreme can be removed from surfaces with odorless kerosene or similar.
UV‑resistant for up to 24 months.
Electrically and electrolytically insulating up to 70 kV, providing optimal protection for electrical installations in both dry and humid environments.
ProLan Extreme 350 is specifically developed for onshore/offshore wind turbines for protection of hydraulic components and for preventing galling on stainless‑steel bolts during assembly of steel structures.
PROLAN EXTREME 350 is ideal for
Marine farms – aquaculture – underwater use – bolts in corrosive environments for rust prevention
Radar systems in corrosive environments – military installations – exposed installations – electrical connectors – fishing vessels
Battery terminals – offshore applications – ship decks – offshore cranes – wind turbine installations – onshore/offshore environments
Construction machinery – general salt‑handling equipment – vintage cars – underbody protection – cavity treatment
Automotive workshops – garden and park machinery – agriculture – electric motors – gears – food‑processing equipment
Rust elimination – gears – pumps – construction – stainless‑steel polishing – steel wires – corrosion protection – steel structures
