ProLan Heavy Enduro is designed for permanent and highly durable corrosion‑protection tasks, tested to C4.
Application
ProLan Heavy Enduro Anti Rust is designed to extend the lifetime of all large metal surfaces – including stainless steel, chrome, brass, and copper. Despite its durability, it remains elastic, preventing cracks from forming.
ProLan Heavy Enduro has strong penetrating abilities, allowing it to enter the metal surface and stop ongoing corrosion.
ProLan Heavy Enduro can be applied directly onto rusty surfaces for long‑term protection and prevents new rust from forming. Unmatched performance – tested to C4 onshore/offshore.
ProLan Heavy Enduro is used for underbody protection against all types of rust. Transparent finish.
NSF International food‑approved to H1 for use in the food industry.
ProLan Heavy Enduro withstands 170‑bar high‑pressure cleaning and offers high wear resistance after drying. It is insoluble in water.
Resistant to acids, salts, saltwater, fertilizers, and corrosive elements in general. Exceptional durability.
Does not damage glass, paint, leather, chrome, or treated surfaces. Exceptional durability.
ProLan Heavy Enduro can be removed from surfaces using odorless kerosene or similar.
UV‑resistant for up to 24 months. Free from acids and silicones.
Electrically and electrolytically insulating up to 70 kV, providing optimal protection for electrical installations in both dry and humid environments.
ProLan Heavy Enduro can delay and reduce costly repairs, as it is developed specifically for industrial environments.
PROLAN HEAVY ENDURO is ideal for
Marine farms – aquaculture – underwater use – bolts in corrosive environments for rust prevention
Radar systems in corrosive environments – military installations – exposed installations – electrical connectors – fishing vessels
Battery terminals – offshore – ship decks – offshore cranes – wind turbine installations – onshore/offshore
Construction machinery – salt‑handling equipment – vintage cars – underbody protection – cavity preservation
Automotive workshops – rust prevention – garden and park machinery – agriculture – aircraft corrosion
Rust removal – gears – pumps – construction sites – stainless‑steel polishing – steel wires
