Pushbutton head in plastic for LED and legend insertion with push-push and flush front face

Harmony XB5/ZB5 pushbuttons are designed for mounting in the front of a panel on the machine or in a control station. The pushbuttons are simple to mount in a 22 mm hole and stay in place because of the gasket on the back of the head. With the rotation nut on the back and the fixation tool (ZB5AZ905) the head is easially secured and the body (ZB5AZ009) is attached to the head with a simple click. The contact blocks and light modules are attacted to the body and depending on the kombination, a total of up to 9 modules can be mounted on the back. Harmony XB5 series in plastic is very robust and can be used in a wide range of industries and also the food & beverage industry where the plastic is resistant to cleaning agents. The protection rating are IP66, IP67, IP69 (ISO) and IP69K (DIN) and the operating temperature can be between -40..70 degrees celcius. ZB5AH0183 is an illuminated pushbutton head for flush mounting with push-push function and a white flush front face. The head is designed for LED illumination which provide a high brightness and full illumination of the surface which makes it visible from every angle. Labels for insertion are available with standard text in selected languages or as blank labels for individual marking. It is also possible to mount a integral LED on the back of the pushbutton for illumination of the front face. For ZB5AH0183, the seperate body (ZB5AZ009) is used together with the contact blocks (ZBE10x) and the light modules (ZBVx) depending on the supply voltage. It is important to use the correct light module (ZBVB1, ZBVG1 eller ZBVM1) in order to get the white color. When used in a XALD control station, the body (ZB5AZ009) is not nessesary because the contact blocks (ZENLxxxx) for bottom mounting is used instead. For marking, the ZBYxxxx legend holders with blank legends for individual engraving can be used. Otherwise the ZBZxx legend holders can be bought seperately and the standard ZBY0xxxx legends can be used.
