It operates at a network frequency of 50Hz under a voltage of 230VAC, and its compact size, with a width of 1 module of 18mm, will save space on the DIN rail.
It has a C tripping curve, and its rated short circuit breaking capacity goes up to 6000A at 230VAC in compliance with EN/IEC 61009-2-1 standard. Featuring a 30mA earth leakage sensitivity and instantaneous detection to protect from electrical hazards, Its A-SI type, thanks to the A type, detects AC residual current, residual pulsating direct current and residual pulsating direct current superimposed by smooth direct current up to 6mA. This A-SI type also offers increased immunity to nuisance tripping and adapted to harsh electromagnetic environment. This type of product is mainly dedicated to loads including single-phase speed drives, like for instance washing machine, air-conditioning, heat pump, food processor. It has tunnel type terminals at top and bottom with IP20 degree of protection. And, once mounted inside an enclosure, it has IP40 degree of protection. The VISI-TRIP indicator reduces intervention time by showing the faulty circuit, and the VISI-SAFE green strip ensures the contacts physically open for downstream maintenance. And briefly pressing the test button, marked "T" on the front panel of the product, allows to check the device and ensures the user this one is working correctly. Additionally, its limitation class 3 improves downstream circuit protection cost as it interrupts short-circuit currents very quickly. This device is clipped on DIN rail into an enclosure and can be padlockable. It operates in temperatures between -25°C to 60°C.
